Hi, I'm Adam Richmond.

I've spent more than twenty years working on computers and the things attached to them. Desktops, servers, networks, phones, printers, cameras, accounts, and the wiring in between. Diamond Ridge Tech is the name I put on that work when I do it for you.

It's just me. When you call, you get the person who will actually do the job. The next time you call, you get me again, and I'll already know your setup and what we changed last time. There's no queue, no handoff, and no one reading a script.

I'm a jack of all trades, and I mean that as a qualification. Most of this trade is walking into something you haven't seen before and working out how it behaves. I've been doing that for two decades. If your problem is unusual, that's a normal Tuesday.

What I care about is being straightforward. I'll tell you what's wrong in plain English, give you an estimate before I start, and tell you when the honest answer is that you don't need to spend money on it. Some jobs are worth doing and some aren't, and you should hear both from the same person.
