How billing works.
On-site
Half-hour minimum ($50), then $100 an hour. Drive time is $50 an hour, and I'll tell you what the travel will cost before I head out, so there are no surprises.
Remote
$100 an hour with a $30 minimum. There's no drive involved, so small fixes stay small.
A few real examples
- You're nearby and it takes half an hour: $50.
- A quick remote fix that takes ten minutes: $30.
- Remote help for 45 minutes: $75.
